You are just a phone call away from cancelling your service with EarthLink and saving over $140 per year. Before you cancel your EarthLink Internet service, we suggest that you sign up for Hey-Ya! Dialup service. This way you'll have the convenience of signing up for Hey-Ya! Dialup online and you'll be able to email everyone your new email address before your EarthLink service cancellation.

When you attempt to cancel your ISP account, they may try to convince you to keep the account by offering incentives. If you are certain that you want to cancel, be prepared to stand firm when you call and don't forget to ask that a confirmation of your cancellation be faxed or mailed to your home address.

Before calling to cancel your account, be sure to have all of your membership information ready, including your member ID, name, address and telephone number. You may also be asked to provide billing information, such as the last digits of your credit card, for account verification purposes.
